Instructions
Season tilapia with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook tilapia until flaky, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chopped chipotle chilies, minced garlic, and milk to make the sauce.
Warm taco shells and assemble tacos with fish, sauce, and optional garnishes.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the fish with spices for 15 minutes before cooking.
