Instructions
Simmer whole oranges in water for 1 hour, then puree until smooth.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix orange puree, honey, eggs, almond flour, pistachios, baking soda, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 60 minutes. Cool before glazing.
Simmer honey and orange juice until reduced by half. Brush over cooled cake.
