Fruit Mixture

Instructions

  • Stir in the fruit mixture until well combined.
  • Sift dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture gently until just combined.
  • Heat a greased skillet over medium heat, pour ¼ cup batter, cook 2-3 mins until bubbles form, flip, and cook 1-2 mins until golden.
