Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth, then mix with egg, flour, baking powder, and salt to form a dough.
Divide dough into 4 portions, roll into 7-inch ropes, and shape into rings, sealing ends.
Place bagels on baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden and puffed, then cool for 5 minutes before serving.
