Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour (For gluten-free, use a gluten-free blend with baking powder)
  • 1 beaten egg Beaten Egg (For a vegan option, use 3 tablespoons of aquafaba or ¼ cup of unsweetened applesauce)

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and beaten egg until a smooth dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape into rolls.
  • Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
