A flavorful Italian-style focaccia topped with fresh rosemary, sea salt, and drizzled with olive oil, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
Dough

Instructions
Mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and olive oil; stir into a sticky dough.
Knead dough until smooth, then let rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down dough, spread on a greased sheet, and press out.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle rosemary and sea salt, then create dimples with fingers.
Let rise for 20 minutes, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Use fresh rosemary for the best flavor and drizzle with extra olive oil before serving.
