A quick and flavorful dish combining tender chicken with a tangy honey lime sauce served over rice.

Instructions
Mix lime juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make marinade. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Sear chicken until golden, then remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, add lime juice, honey, and soy sauce; simmer until thickened. Return chicken to coat with sauce.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Serve chicken over rice, drizzle with sauce.
