Enjoy a refreshing and healthy treat with these homemade strawberry yogurt popsicles, perfect for hot days or a quick snack.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1.5 pounds fresh strawberries (washed, hulled and sliced)
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar (± 2 tablespoons (25 g))
  • 0.125 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 cup lukewarm water
  • 1.5 cups plain yogurt (by volume)
  • to taste Honey

Instructions 

  • Puree the strawberries with sugar, salt, and water until smooth.
  • Mix the strawberry puree with yogurt until well combined.
  • Taste and add honey if desired, then blend again.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Notes

You can substitute honey with agave syrup or maple syrup for different flavors.
