Enjoy a refreshing and healthy treat with these homemade strawberry yogurt popsicles, perfect for hot days or a quick snack.

fresh strawberries (washed, hulled and sliced)

granulated sugar

lukewarm water

plain yogurt
(by volume)

Honey
Instructions
Puree the strawberries with sugar, salt, and water until smooth.
Mix the strawberry puree with yogurt until well combined.
Taste and add honey if desired, then blend again.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Notes
You can substitute honey with agave syrup or maple syrup for different flavors.
