A delicious and healthy layered dessert perfect for breakfast or a snack, combining fresh fruits, yogurt, and granola.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries

Dairy

  • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt

Other

  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Instructions 

  • Mix strawberries and sugar, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Divide half the strawberries into two glasses.
  • Add half the yogurt on top, then half the blueberries, then granola.
  • Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

For added flavor, top with a drizzle of honey or a few mint leaves.
