Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

Vegetables

  • 4 to 6 cups broccoli florets

Garlic

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Butter

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Sweetener

  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar

Herbs

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary

Seasoning

  • to taste salt and freshly ground black pepper

Lemon

  • 1 whole lemon (halved, divided)

Garnish

  • chopped chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F and grease a sheet pan.
  • Arrange broccoli and salmon on the pan, rub garlic on fillets.
  • Mix melted butter, brown sugar, oregano, thyme, and rosemary; pour over everything.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the dish, season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until fish flakes and reaches 145˚F. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices.

Ensure the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145˚F for safety.
