A delicious and easy-to-make salmon dish featuring garlic, butter, and fresh herbs, perfect for a quick yet flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Main

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless Salmon Fillets
  • 40 g Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (plus more to taste)
  • 1 tsp Salt (plus more to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (plus more to taste)
  • 0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter (divided into tbsp chunks)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (finely diced)
  • 120 ml Vegetable Stock
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (finely diced)
  • 1 lemon Lemon (divided into 4 wedges)

Instructions 

  • Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat salmon fillets evenly.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry fillets 3 mins per side until golden. Add 1 tbsp butter and baste for 1 min. Remove and set aside.
  • Cook garlic until lightly browned. Pour in stock, scrape pan, then whisk in remaining butter until sauce thickens. Add parsley.
  • Return salmon to pan, baste with sauce, and warm through. Serve with lemon wedges and extra sauce.

Notes

Ensure not to burn the garlic to avoid bitterness.
