Instructions
Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat salmon fillets evenly.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry fillets 3 mins per side until golden. Add 1 tbsp butter and baste for 1 min. Remove and set aside.
Cook garlic until lightly browned. Pour in stock, scrape pan, then whisk in remaining butter until sauce thickens. Add parsley.
Return salmon to pan, baste with sauce, and warm through. Serve with lemon wedges and extra sauce.
Notes
Ensure not to burn the garlic to avoid bitterness.
