Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1 pound salmon (about 1" thick, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • Salt & pepper to taste Salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Season salmon bites with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add salmon and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Add garlic and 1 tablespoon of butter; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in lemon juice and remaining butter; cook for another minute.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
