(about 1" thick, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces)

Instructions
Season salmon bites with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add salmon and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Add garlic and 1 tablespoon of butter; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in lemon juice and remaining butter; cook for another minute.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
