Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp - peeled and deveined, tails removed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic - finely minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley - chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper - freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring.
  • Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, cook 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Stir in parsley and lemon juice, toss to coat.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
