Instructions
Season the steak with salt and pepper, then let it rest.
Cook tortellini in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
Add butter and garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant.
Combine cream, milk, and parmesan in a saucepan, stirring until thickened.
Toss tortellini in the sauce, slice the steak, and serve with parsley.
