A flavorful and easy-to-make cheese ball infused with fresh herbs and coated with chopped pecans, perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese (softened) (2 blocks of 8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Herbs

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Pecans (finely chopped)

Instructions 

  • Mix softened cream cheese, parmesan, herbs, garlic, and onion powders in a bowl.
  • Form into a ball, wrap with plastic wrap, and chill for 1 hour.
  • Chop pecans and place on a plate.
  • Remove cheese ball from fridge, unwrap, and roll in chopped pecans until coated.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Serve with crackers or sliced baguette for best results.
