Instructions
Infuse garlic in olive oil with bay leaves and thyme over low heat for 20 minutes.
Mix Greek yogurt, water, yeast, sugar, and salt; let sit until frothy, then combine with flour to form dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Divide dough, roll into flatbreads, and cook on a hot skillet until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Slice cooked steak and blood oranges; chop parsley and olives.
Assemble flatbread with labneh, steak, blood oranges, olives, and parsley. Drizzle with garlic oil before serving.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust blood orange slices to taste.
