A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  • Sauté sliced chicken in olive oil until cooked through; remove and set aside.
  • Cook garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, add heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan until melted.
  • Combine pasta and chicken with sauce, adding reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with parsley and Parmesan before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
