Delicious and flavorful chicken skewers infused with garlic, parmesan, and spices, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders or thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 8-10 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix softened butter, garlic, parmesan, hot sauce, and spices in a bowl.
  • Cut chicken into pieces and coat with marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange skewers in basket.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.

Notes

Soak skewers before threading to prevent burning.
