Instructions
Marinate chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, salt, and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
Thread chicken onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
In a small saucepan, melt butter with minced garlic and lemon juice, then stir in Parmesan and parsley.
Brush the cooked skewers with the garlic Parmesan sauce and garnish with lemon slices and additional parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
