Instructions
Melt butter, then mix in garlic, parmesan, lemon zest and juice, salt, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.
Trim skewers and thread chicken strips onto each skewer. Season with salt and black pepper.
Brush skewers with garlic parmesan sauce. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, basting halfway.
Remove skewers, pour remaining sauce over chicken, garnish with parsley and parmesan, and serve with lemon wedges.
