Instructions
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, water, and chili garlic sauce in a bowl.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Add diced onion and zucchini; cook until vegetables are tender.
Pour in sauce mixture and cook until thickened, coating the meat and vegetables.
Garnish with green onions, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds. Serve over cooked rice.
