Instructions
Whisk half of the coconut oil with ginger, chili flakes, and garlic over medium heat to make the sauce.
Add honey, soy sauce, and lime juice to the sauce and bring to a boil. Stir in arrowroot to thicken.
Brush remaining coconut oil on a hot griddle and cook salmon skin side down for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for 4 minutes.
Chop cabbage, grate carrots, and mix with spinach while salmon cooks.
Serve salmon on top of the salad and drizzle with the sauce.
