Ingredients

dry ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs eggs, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons orange juice
  • zest of 1 orange orange zest

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly oil.
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Beat olive oil and sugar until combined. Add eggs, orange zest, and juice; mix well.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.

Notes

Use fresh orange zest for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
