A flavorful and easy-to-make dinner featuring seasoned ground beef, roasted garlic feta sauce, and fresh vegetables wrapped in warm flatbreads.

Roasted Garlic Feta Sauce
1headgarlic(cut top off, roast)
1tbspolive oil for garlic
4ozfeta cheese
1 2cupplain Greek yogurt
1tbsplemon juice
Wraps and Vegetables
4largeflatbreads or pita wraps
1cupshredded lettuce
1cupdiced tomatoes
1 2cupsliced cucumber
1 4cupthinly sliced red onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft. Let cool slightly and squeeze out the cloves.
Blend roasted garlic, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, oregano, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, then remove from heat.
Warm the flatbreads or pita wraps according to package instructions. Assemble the wraps by spreading the garlic feta sauce over each, then topping with beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Roll up tightly and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like parsley or dill to the sauce.
