4ozfeta cheese
0.5cupplain Greek yogurt
1tbspolive oil
1headgarlic(for roasting)
1tbspolive oil for garlic
1tbsplemon juice
4largeflatbreads or pita wraps
1cupshredded lettuce
1cupdiced tomatoes
0.5cupsliced cucumber
0.25cupthinly sliced red onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft. Let cool slightly and squeeze out the cloves.
Blend roasted garlic, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper in a food processor until smooth. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, oregano, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, then remove from heat.
Warm the flatbreads or pita wraps according to package instructions. Assemble the wraps by spreading the garlic feta sauce, adding beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Roll up and serve warm.

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like parsley or dill to the sauce.
