Instructions
Whisk together dill yogurt sauce ingredients and refrigerate.
Divide turkey into 6 balls, flatten each on a tortilla.
Season turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano.
Cook tortillas meat-side down 2-3 mins, flip, cook 1-2 mins.
Assemble tacos with sauce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, pepperoncinis, parsley.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and serve immediately.
