Enjoy these flavorful, gluten-free tacos filled with seasoned turkey and topped with a refreshing dill yogurt sauce.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 6 pieces gluten free tortillas (Siete Cassava tortillas recommended)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cucumber diced cucumber
  • 1.5 cups diced tomato
  • Pickled onions pickled onions
  • Extra feta extra feta (optional)
  • Diced pepperoncinis diced pepperoncinis (extra)
  • chopped parsley chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Whisk together dill yogurt sauce ingredients and refrigerate.
  • Divide turkey into 6 balls, flatten each on a tortilla.
  • Season turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano.
  • Cook tortillas meat-side down 2-3 mins, flip, cook 1-2 mins.
  • Assemble tacos with sauce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, pepperoncinis, parsley.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for best flavor and serve immediately.
