This quick and easy garlic bread uses Greek yogurt and flour for a soft, flavorful loaf perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
Dough

all-purpose flour (or self-rising flour)

cup
plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)

teaspoons
baking powder
(omit if using self-rising flour)

teaspoon
salt

cloves
garlic (minced or roasted)

tablespoons
melted butter
(for brushing)

teaspoon
dried herbs (optional: oregano, parsley, or Italian blend)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in Greek yogurt to form a soft dough.
Fold in garlic. Shape dough into a loaf, place on baking sheet, and score lightly.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle herbs. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Let cool 5–10 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add more garlic or herbs as desired.
