Ingredients

Liquid

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or water

Soft ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach or kale
  • 0.5 small cucumber, sliced

Chopped fruit

  • 0.5 green apple or pear green apple or pear, chopped
  • 0.5 frozen banana frozen banana

Flavorings and seeds

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed

Optional add-ins

  • 1/4 avocado avocado
  • handful mint mint

Instructions 

  • Add liquids first, then soft ingredients, then harder ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and silky.
  • If too thick, add water; if too thin, add ice or more banana.
  • Taste and adjust with lemon or ginger as desired.
