A refreshing and nutrient-packed green smoothie to energize your day with a zing of ginger.
Ingredients

fresh spinach leaves

(stems removed)

Instructions
Add spinach, kale, apple, banana, pineapple, water, lemon juice, ginger, and chia seeds to blender.
Blend until smooth, then add ice and blend again until frothy.
Taste and add extra lemon or water if needed.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen fruit for a colder smoothie or fresh for a room-temperature drink.
