Instructions
Drain and crumble the feta cheese.
In a food processor, blend feta and olive oil until smooth and creamy.
Add herbs, green onions, and garlic; pulse briefly to combine.
Mix in lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend until well combined.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving, or serve immediately garnished as desired.
Notes
For a thinner dip, add a drizzle of olive oil or a splash of water before serving.
