Instructions
Mix Cajun seasoning ingredients, reserving 1 teaspoon for the dressing.
Coat chicken with seasoning and grill until cooked and golden. Rest and slice into strips.
Assemble salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and avocado. Top with sliced chicken.
Mix reserved Cajun seasoning with mayonnaise and yogurt to make dressing. Adjust seasonings as desired.
