Instructions
Mix garlic, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, honey, oil, soy sauce, lime zest, and juice to create the marinade.
Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the grill and cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare the pineapple salsa by combining pineapple, red onion, cherry tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Serve the grilled salmon topped with pineapple salsa and diced avocado.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and consider marinating longer for more flavor.
