Salmon
46-ouncesalmon fillets
1/2teaspoonground cumin
1/2teaspoonchipotle chili powder
to tastesalt and peppersalt and pepper
1tablespoonolive oil
Vegetables
2mediumred onions(sliced)
4largeflour tortillas
2avocadossliced avocados
1cupshredded Mexican cheese
Instructions
Mix sour cream with chopped chipotle peppers to make the chipotle cream.
Prepare rice and bean mixture, season with salt and pepper.
