Ingredients

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Vegetables & Fruits

  • 1 lime lime (sliced for serving)
  • 2 ripe avocados ripe avocados (diced)
  • 0.25 cup red onion (finely diced)
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 lime juice of 1 lime

Instructions 

  • Preheat grill and season salmon with cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill salmon until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side, then flake into pieces.
  • Prepare avocado salsa by mixing diced avocados, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
  • Warm tortillas on the grill or stovetop.
  • Assemble tacos with salmon, avocado salsa, and desired toppings. Serve with lime slices.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon with spices for 15 minutes before grilling.
