Instructions
Marinate chicken with teriyaki sauce and half of the pineapple juice for 15 minutes.
Whisk together teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, and remaining pineapple juice to make the dressing. Chill until needed.
Preheat grill to medium. Grill chicken and pineapple until cooked and marked, about 6-10 minutes per side.
Slice grilled chicken. Assemble salad with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, avocado, pineapple, and cilantro. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or add a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top.
