Instructions
Preheat grill to 400°F. Prepare foil sheets and boil corn for 10 minutes, then drain.
Combine corn, onions, peppers, and garlic. Make Cajun butter with melted butter, seasoning, salt, and pepper, then toss with vegetables.
Season tilapia with remaining Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Divide vegetable mixture and place on foil, add fish and butter cubes, then seal.
Grill packets for 15 minutes, flipping halfway. Carefully open packets and serve with lemon wedges.
