Instructions
Chop bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onions and peppers; sauté 4-5 minutes until softened.
Stir in taco seasoning and black beans; cook until heated through.
Sprinkle cheese over the mixture; cover until melted, about 2 minutes.
Serve topped with sour cream and cilantro.
Notes
For a spicier flavor, add hot sauce or jalapeños.
