Ingredients

Fruits and Dairy

  • 1 piece ripe avocado
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 banana banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Cut the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the blender. Add banana, honey, and vanilla.
  • Pour in the milk.
  • Add ice and blend until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, add more banana or ice.
