Ingredients

Protein

  • 3-4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Vegetables

  • 1 each Bell peppers (red, yellow, green) (chopped)
  • 1 medium Zucchini (chopped)

Others

  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  • Chop bell peppers and zucchini; cut chicken into strips.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken; cook until golden (5-7 min).
  • Stir in vegetables; sauté until tender (about 5 min).
  • Mix soy sauce and honey; pour over chicken and vegetables.
  • Cook for 1 more minute; serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sesame seeds or chopped green onions before serving.
