½ cupcupsplain nonfat Greek yogurt

3 tbsptablespoonsfreshly squeezed orange juice
1 tspteaspoonvanilla extract
¾ cupcupsfresh cranberries, diced
2 tspteaspoonsnonfat milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and orange zest. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add yogurt, honey, orange juice, and vanilla; stir just until combined. Fold in cranberries.
Shape dough into a ¾-inch thick circle on the baking sheet. Brush with milk and cut into 8 wedges (do not separate). Bake for 18-21 minutes until golden. Cool briefly before serving.
