Enjoy a wholesome, easy-to-make breakfast cookie packed with oats, bananas, and chocolate chips for a nutritious start to your day.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

creamy peanut butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
Drop 2 tablespoon scoops onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly to form cookies.
Bake for 14-17 minutes until edges brown. Cool before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the baking sheet.
