Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound minced beef
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped finely)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 10 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

Instructions 

  • Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the minced beef and chopped onion until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the cream of chicken soup and cream cheese to the beef mixture, stirring until smooth and heated through.
  • Stir in the cooked noodles, salt, and pepper, then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and let melt before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, mix in a splash of milk or cream before serving.
