Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish.
Defrost and drain spinach. Cook beef, onion, and salt until browned, then add garlic and marinara. Remove from heat.
Mix softened cream cheese, egg, pepper, salt, and spinach until smooth. Layer spinach mixture, meat, and cheese in dish.
Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
