Instructions
Mix 1/2 cup yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley to make the marinade.
Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness, coat with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken, press extra parsley onto both sides, and grill 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
Rest chicken 5 minutes, then slice. Mix remaining yogurt with chopped parsley and a pinch of salt to make the sauce.
