Ingredients

Blueberries

  • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese (for moisture and protein)
  • 2 large Eggs

Flour

  • 1 1/2 cups Oat flour or whole wheat flour

Sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup or honey

Baking Powder

Instructions
