Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned, then stir in cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and red bell peppers. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish, stir in ½ cup shredded cheddar, and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with Greek yogurt if desired.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add Greek yogurt before baking.
