Ingredients

dry ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp ceremonial or culinary-grade matcha
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch sea salt

wet ingredients

  • 1 egg egg
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or grass-fed butter
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

add-ins

  • ½ cup healthy white chocolate chunks

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients separately, then combine gently.
  • Fold in white chocolate chunks and scoop onto a lined tray.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, then cool slightly.
