A quick and protein-packed stir-fry featuring ground turkey, broccoli, and flavorful teriyaki noodles.
Ingredients

Broccoli Florets
(cut into bite size pieces)

Trader Joe's Soyaki
(or any teriyaki sauce)
Noodles

Trader Joe's Knife Cut Noodles

Green Onions and Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions
Boil water and cook noodles for 4 minutes. Drain, reserving 1 cup of water.
Heat oil, cook broccoli 5-6 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl.
Cook turkey 2-3 minutes, add teriyaki sauce, cook 1-2 minutes until caramelized.
Add noodles and sauce to the pan, stir in reserved water to combine.
Mix in broccoli and turkey, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
