High Protein Teriyaki Noodles

A quick and protein-packed stir-fry featuring ground turkey, broccoli, and flavorful teriyaki noodles.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Protein

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey or Ground Chicken

Sauce

  • cup Trader Joe's Soyaki (or any teriyaki sauce)

Noodles

  • 3 packs Trader Joe's Knife Cut Noodles (see notes for substitutions)

Garnish

  • Green Onions and Toasted Sesame Seeds (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Boil water and cook noodles for 4 minutes. Drain, reserving 1 cup of water.
  • Heat oil, cook broccoli 5-6 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Cook turkey 2-3 minutes, add teriyaki sauce, cook 1-2 minutes until caramelized.
  • Add noodles and sauce to the pan, stir in reserved water to combine.
  • Mix in broccoli and turkey, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
