A hearty and cheesy baked casserole combining ground beef, potatoes, and flavorful cheeses, perfect for a comforting family meal.

shredded cheddar cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

dried Italian seasoning

beef broth or water

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch dish.
Cook ground beef in a skillet with olive oil until browned. Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.
Layer cooked beef mixture and sliced potatoes in the dish. Season potatoes with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
Sprinkle cheeses over beef, pour broth around edges, and drizzle with milk if desired. Cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a splash of milk before baking.
