Ingredients
Dough

Active dry yeast

Instructions
Mix warm water, yeast, and a pinch of sugar; let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Combine flour, salt, olive oil, and the yeast mixture; knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Punch down the dough and shape into a wreath on a baking sheet.
Press olives and rosemary into the dough, sprinkle with sea salt, and let rest for 10 minutes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush the wreath with olive oil before baking.
